Tina Louise, an American writer and actress well-known for her character Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in 1960s. In the 1950s, she began her professional career as an actor on stage for Bettle Davis' musical Two's Company. Thereafter she acted in numerous Broadway productions before making it huge in the national theater area with Li'l abner's in 1957. In 1957, she also made her debut album named It's time to Tina. Louise embarked on a journey to Hollywood as Griselda Walden on God's Little Acre, a dramatic film that debuted in 1958.The film received a crow's-foot of acclaim as well as Louise received the Golden Globe Award in the New Star of the Year category.
